Higgledy Piggledy Old Spot

Higgledy Piggledy Old Spot considers herself a screen legend – and she’s got the feather boas to prove it!

Her most famous role? A countryside romance filmed entirely on cardboard sets. The story was heartfelt, the lighting sublime, and she hasn’t looked back since.

These days she prefers a quieter life – but she’s always camera-ready: head tilted, pen at the ready, autograph rehearsed. And while she’s happy to share the spotlight... it usually finds her first!

  • “Porcine Perfection!”

    By B, Jan 13th 2026

Higgledy Piggledy Old Spot Pig (in huge). I never would’ve selected him to be one of my Jellyfriends, just because I don’t like pigs much (my apologies to those of the porcine persuasion), and because I don’t like the color brown. (I didn’t know about Higgledy Piggledy Pig but, knowing what I know now, I actually really love the spots even though they’re brown. I think the complimentary brown and pink really add a lot of dimension and charm to this rotund fellow’s appearance, and I now see them as a requisite feature, like the cinnamon on cinnamon toast.) His fur but has a few different textures, all of them tactily pleasing, all low pile. The spots from his name are a muted brown that works well with his light peachy pink fur, and are the same welcoming, fuzzy texture as his pleasingly plump body and his flippy legs—four lil’ kickstands, which still manage to keep him upright (!). He is truly a marvel. His ears are delightful! I frequently find myself admiring their unique isosceles triangle shape and the luxuriantly velvety texture they share with his snout. I love being able to grab one of them and hold onto him like that if I’m carrying him from room to room with me when I’m feeling very sick. I have a disabling autoimmune disorder and he became my emotional support pig literally right out of the dust bag. I love to fold his ears back so it looks like he’s flying or trotting (Galloping? Walking? Running? IDK what the right verb is for a pig with places to be.) so quickly that they got blown back. He absolutely fills my arms, like hugging a person, and the curve from his snout to his forehead is the perfect place to rest my head against his when I have my arms wrapped around him. I also like that I can hold one of his ears in that position or play with his boingy tail. It’s also comfy to just sit and snuggle or watch tv or listen to an audiobook or read like that. I really waffled between sizes when I bought him. Huge is the perfect size for an adult to cuddle, and I feel that the next size up would definitely have been too big.
