Evelyn Swan is the rare bird who can glide from catwalk to calculus without missing a beat. A top model with a double doctorate (quantum mechanics and medieval embroidery), she’s just as likely to be found backstage sketching string theory as striking a pose in haute couture.

Regal in profile and ruthless in Sudoku, Evelyn is just as happy on a shoot as she is giving a physics lecture (though her friends Dorit Duckling and Fou Fou Peacock definitely prefer the former).

She claims the secret to success is good posture, complex carbohydrates and a low tolerance for fools. And she’s very rarely wrong.

    This sublime swan really is the Queens bird ! It is exceedingly poised and proud ! Its soft , gracious wings are the best feature to this jellycat .I love it truly and dearly !

    What an elegant and gentle soul, she is so soft and has such a kind face! She sits (with perfect posture I might add) and keeps a calm watch over the goings-on in my room. This graceful lady really brightens my day!
