    Great product, came as shown with nice packaging. However, I had many shipping issues regarding the delivery address. I had to call both UPS and JellyCat to fix my delivery address, it was input incorrectly the first time. On the day of delivery, it was delivered to a random house on my street, even after hours on the phone with customer service. Whether this was a shipper or UPS problem, I don’t know. Maybe both? Anyway, nice product! The person I bought it for loves it!!
