How big am I?

Amuseables Horatio Pistachio comes from a fine family. He’ll tell you (politely!) that pistachios are technically seeds, not nuts, and that his lineage traces back to an orchard in southern Italy.


Despite the grand name, Horatio’s always been shy – until a craft chocolate course helped him come out of his shell. Now, whether hand-rolling truffles to pouring viral Dubai-style slabs, he’s happiest in the kitchen: sticky, smiling, and confident.


He’s brought you a batch to try. Be kind – he’s still learning to temper!

    The Pistachio is probably one of my favorite amusables. It is the perfect size to hold in your hands, and it is so cute and so soft!! It is the perfect gift because of its size. My best friend and I have matching ones and they are so perfect! Highly recommend this one!!
